In accordance with this Privacy Policy and other relevant privacy laws, we gather and use your data, the following is how we might use your data:

      1. We may use your data in relation to the purpose for which you gave it if you give it to us. For example, if you write us, we will react to the email address that sent the message and use the personal information you gave us to answer your question or fix your issue.

      2. Your data may be used for internal business purposes, such as helping us enhance the services' functionality and content, better understand our users, enhance the

services, prevent, detect, or resolve misconduct, enforce our terms of service, manage your account and offer customer support, and generally run the services and business.

      3. If you give us personal information in order to utilize the services or any of their features, we will use it to give you access to them, allow you to use them, and monitor your usage. For instance, we will use any Data you give us about yourself or your eligibility to use particular Services to decide whether to grant you access to the

Services and whether you are still eligible to use them.

      4. For marketing and advertising purposes, we might use your data in a variety of ways, including (but not limited to) email, SMS, display media, and targeting other

devices (including televisions, tablets, and mobile phones). We do this to let you know about services or events that we think you might find interesting, create marketing or promotional materials, and show off advertising on or off the services that we think you might find interesting, as well as CityAgenda or event-related information. If your

previous interactions with an organizer indicate that you might be interested in a certain kind of event, we might also act on their behalf. To opt out of various marketing

communications from City Agenda, you can indicate that directly from your profile dashboard.

If you encounter an advertisement on a website or social media platform owned by a third party, it could be because we or the organizer hired them to display the

advertisement to users or to those who have our users' characteristics. In certain

situations, this entails giving the third party or social media platform your email address or other contact information so they can recognize you as one of our Users or find other people who share your characteristics in order to display ads for our Services (or our Organizer's events). You might have to get in touch with the organizer personally if it's an advertisement.

If you registered for an event on the Services, your email address, your first name, last name, is available to that Organizer. Events organizers are aware of the attendees are coming to their event, and their contact information. However, Organizers may also import the email addresses they have from external sources and send communications through the Services to those email addresses. The Organizer and not CityAgenda is responsible for sending these emails.

3.5 Based on the details you enter in your CityAgenda profile, the events you've

attended, and how you use the Services, we occasionally draw conclusions about the kinds of events or activities you might find interesting. These deductions may be used by us, including on behalf of the organizers, to assist target advertising or personalize suggestions for you. We might take an individual, aggregate, or universal approach to this. Users who follow an organizer's events collection, for example, are more likely to attend subsequent events hosted by that organizer and other organizers with like

events. Content or suggestions pertaining to that organizer or comparable organizers may be directed by us, or we may help direct them.

  4. How Your Personal Information Is Shared and Transferred.

We are not involved in the sale of personal data. We believe that this information is essential to our connection with you. Therefore, we will not sell your personal information to advertising or other third parties. The Personal Data may also be shared with other third parties that are involved in or acting on behalf of an event or activity.

For instance, when it comes to fundraising pages, we might give your personal information to the charity that organized the page as well as the organizer of the event that the fundraising page is connected to. An organizer may occasionally designate a third party, who may or may not be connected to the organizer, to produce an event or fundraiser page on the organizer's behalf; these third parties are referred to as "Third Party Organizers."

For example, and without limitation, a concert venue (here referred to as the Organizer) may permit third-party promoters or production companies (here referred to as the Third-Party Organizers) to use their CityAgenda account to plan events that will be held at the Organizer's venue. If so, we might give the Third-Party Organizers your personal information on their behalf. This also applies to competitions and sweepstakes: we

might give your personal information to the organizer who is advertising the contest or sweepstakes as well as any legitimate sponsors (such a brand sponsor).
