CityAgenda is a platform designed to help people explore cities, what is happening of events and activities. and bring communities together. It also allows people to publish their events and activities and reach wide audience. CityAgenda provides the tools for events organizers to build custom event page, from small event to big event size such as celebration, conference or festival.

You can brows the events and activities without account. However, if you would like to join some activity or publish your activity you will need to create your account

Yes, you can crate your events completely free or participate in free events for free, however you will need to pay for paid events type the amount will include the original price of the ticket plus market and transaction fees.

Yes, you can delete your event after publishing, if no one have booked your event yet. and you will not be able to delete the event if someone already booked your event in this case you have the option to cancel the event. You can cancel your event by browsing to your profile > My Dashboard > My Listings. Automatic email will be sent to all attendees who already booked your event.

Yes, you can edit your event after publishing the event however if you have recurring event you will have to edit every single event manually, the changes will only apply for a single event. If you don’t have anyone booked your event we advise you to delete your event and create a new one.

Yes, you can create your event, but you need to relate it to one of the given categories. Please notice we don’t support nightclubs, parties, dating, sexual, illegal, alcohol or drugs type of events.

Yes, and its mandatory field to specify the number of attendees when you are creating the ticket of your event by selecting quantity.

Yes, you can do that when you are creating your event you can add speakers or host additional section.

You can create as much tickets as you want for your event and name the ticket as you want and give it the price you specify

You can pay in any available methods in the checkout page, mainly by Ideal in the Netherlands, debit or credit card, stripe, apple pay, or google pay.

No that’s not allowed, because events organizers will be confused, and wouldn’t know who’s joining their event.

You can register for some event by clicking on get ticket button, after completing the process in the checkout page, you will receive email confirmation

If event is cancelled, all attendees will be notified by email that the event is cancelled, and if the event is paid type, attendees who booked the event will be refunded with the ticket original price. Transaction fees are non-refundable as they are processed through a third-party payment gateway.

Users’ can create their own profile on CityAgenda platform, and they can customize their profile edit or delete their data anytime. Users’ profiles are normally public data, anyone on the internet can see their profile. However, users have the option to make their profile private. And no one will be able to see their profile. Users’ passwords and bank account details are encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. And even in case of data leakage no one will be able to see users’ passwords and bank account details.
